You must create an account to use Football Fever. When you register or sign in, we may collect:

• Email address
• Username
• Apple or Google sign-in identifiers
• Encrypted credentials for email sign-in

We use this information to provide access to the app.

b) Paper-bet activity

We store activity needed to run leagues, squads, and standings:

• Public and private league memberships
• Squad memberships, rounds, and invite codes you create or use
• Match picks, custom bets, and standings
• Product events such as sign-up, join, pick, and squad actions

c) Technical data

We automatically collect limited technical data, including:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Crash and error reports

2. Analytics

We record product events in our own systems. We do not use Mixpanel for paper-bet metrics.

These events help us:

• Operate public leagues, private seasons, and squads
• Find bugs and improve performance
• Measure whether people return to play

3. Advertising

Football Fever does not display advertisements.

If we add advertising later, we will update this Privacy Policy first.

4. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the app
• Manage accounts and authentication
• Store picks, standings, and squad history
• Send transactional email such as sign-in and password reset
• Ingest fixtures and results from a sports data provider
• Monitor usage and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Infrastructure, email, and crash-reporting providers that help us operate the app
• A sports data provider for fixtures and results. That feed does not receive your account identity
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our legal rights or enforce our terms

Those providers must protect your data.

6. Data storage and deletion

We store data on our servers. Account delete is a soft delete. We keep the user row and the paper-bet history that other members still see. We replace your name and email with unique placeholders, clear your image, and end your sessions so you cannot sign in again. The app shows "Deleted user" for that identity.

7. User rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict certain data processing

8. Children's privacy

Football Fever is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, inside the app.
