1. What Football Fever is

Football Fever is a paper-bet app for football fans. Users join public leagues, create private seasons, and play squad rounds with mates. The App tracks picks, standings, and social stake labels.

The App does not move real money between users. It does not collect stakes, hold funds, or pay winners. Friends settle any stake offline.

Football Fever is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or payment service.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use Football Fever.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or manipulate picks, results, or standings
• Use the App for fraudulent purposes
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Use official league or club trademarks in a way we do not allow
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

We may remove content or restrict access when a user breaks these rules.

5. Picks, squads, and stakes

Picks and standings are for play inside the App. Optional stake text (for example a beer) is a label only. We do not settle disputes about those offline stakes.

Fixture data and results come from a sports data provider and from operators. Scores can arrive after kickoff. We do not guarantee that every result is instant or error-free.

6. Intellectual property

App content, including text, graphics, bottle-cap marks, icons, and software, is the property of Football Fever or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Club and competition marks in the App are stylised abbreviations. They are not official league or club logos.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the App, you agree to those practices.

8. Analytics and advertising

We record product events in our own systems so we can operate and improve the App.

The App does not currently display ads.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury from your use of the App, including offline stakes between users.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Changes

We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
